Kibris'in yanisira , dunyanin cesitli ulkelerindeki
bircok gazete ve dergilerinde karikaturleri yayimlandi...1986
yilinda 4 arkadasiyla birlikte "Kibris Turk
Karikaturculer Dernegi"ni kurdu ve dernek
baskanligina secildi. Halen bu dernek baskanligi
gorevini surdurmektedir...Kibris'in yanisira ,50 'yi
askin ulkede eserleri sergilendi,uluslararasi karikatur albumlerinde yayimlandi...1989-1991
yillari arasinda "Kibris Turk
Gazeteciler Cemiyeti "yonetim kurulu uyeligi ve
Genel Sekreterlik gorevlerinde bulundu...1988 yilinda
"Avrupa Karikaturcu Orgutleri Federasyonu" (FECO)
Bakan yardimciligina atandi.Halen bu gorevi
surdurmektedir...Ulusal ve uluslararasi karikatur
yarismalarinda 43 odul kazandi....Bir cok kez yilin
karikaturcusu secildi...Eserleri uluslararasi karikatur
muzelerine alindi...Ulusal ve uluslararsi |

yayimlanan uluslararasi yayimlanan "Witty World"
KarikaturDergisi Kibris Temsilcisidir... Karikatur ve
mizah sanati uzerine ,ulusal ve uluslararsi yayin
organlarinda ve sempozyumlarda makaleleri ve
bildirileri yer almaktadir....1994 yilinda ABD'nde
yayimlanan "Witty World Illustradet Directory of
International Cartoon Festivals,Competitions ,and Awards"isimli
kitabin asistan yardimciligini yapti... |

| He was born in 1964 in Nicasia...He started to draw cartoons
in 1976 under the influence of the "Girgir "humour
magazine of Turkey...He opened his first private cartoon
exhibition (open air) in1983 in Nicasia...His cartoons
have been publised in newspapers and magazines in
Cyprus as well as in many countries of the world...He
was one of the four founders of the "Cyprus
Turkish Cartoonists Association"which was
established in 1986 since then he has been the President
of this Association...His works have been exhibited
in more than 50 countries and they have been published
in international cartoon albums... He was a member of
the Excutive Committee of the Union of Turkish
Cypriot Journalists Association and was its Secretary
General for a period...He has been the Vice -President
to the "Federation of the Avrupean Cartoonists
Organizations"(FECO)since 1988...He has won
43 awards in various national and international cartoon
contests...For many years ,he was selcted as the "Best
Cartoonist of the year "and his works were accepted
for exhibition by the international museum of
cartoons...He has been jury member of many national and
international cartoon competitions....He is the editor
-in -Chief of "Akrep"(Scorpion),a Turkish-Cypriot
magazine of humour and cartoons .He is also
the Cypriot-Editor of the "FECO NEWS"organ of
the FECO Publised in the USA...He has
published articles and studies on the art of |

international press organs and took part in varios
symposia...He was the Asssistant-Editor of the"Witty
World Illustrated Directory of International
Cartoon Festivals,Competitions and Awards",published
in the USA in 1994... |
